California Coalition for Families and Children is sponsoring a protest against the corruption, misconduct, and abuse of the San Diego family law industry on the evening of April 15, 2010, in front of the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) . One of the more responsible custody/psychological evaluators in San Diego County has stated “the San Diego family law courts are the most broken they have been in decades.” Much of the blame falls most directly on the shoulders of many unqualified, biased, and even abusive judges who are harming children and families with their decisions in cases with devastating conflicts that are being encouraged by profit-seeking unethical lawyers and divorce industry service providers.

Low vitamin D levels have long been tied to malnourishment and resultant health problems such as rickets that involve weak bones. But what is surprising to many is that recent research on vitamin D has found that most people are deficient in vitamin D. In particular, those with dark skin such as African-Americans are at particularly high risk for low levels of vitamin D and a wide range of common health problems including obesity, diabetes, asthma, autism, and depression that research is showing are likely related to insufficient vitamin D.
Vitamin D Deficiency Epidemic Tied to Obesity and Diabetes Epidemics
The mainstream media has been reporting lately on Michella Obama’s efforts to improve nutrition for kids. She is focusing on reducing calorie-laden foods such as soft-drinks and fast-food, increasing the consumption of healthier foods such as vegetables, and getting kids to trade in some of their sedentary activities such as watching TV for exercise. Yet she and her associates appear to be paying little attention to the widespread vitamin D deficiency epidemic that is increasingly being tied to the epidemics of obesity and diabetes.

A study conducted by Rhode Island Hospital has shown that the common Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) test used for screening for bipolar disorder often results in a person who appears to be suffering from BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Yet despite this confusion, these two conditions are very different. For one, there are no approved medications for BPD at present whereas there are medications approved for treating bipolar disorder. Additionally, psychotherapy programs such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) which have been developed for use with BPD patients and shown to be effective are not commonly used with bipolar patients. Consequently, there is a significant risk that people wrongly diagnosed with bipolar disorder who are actually suffering from BPD may be prescribed ineffective medications that may have adverse side effects and will not receive psychotherapy that could help them manage their BPD.

Donna Anderson wrote ”Red Flags of Love Fraud – 10 Signs You’re Dating a Sociopath” to explain how to detect if your romantic relatioship might be with a sociopath. If you didn’t realize this soon enough and had a child, she’s got some other advice for you on how to cope with the problems of trying to co-parent with such a person.
On her website, I happened across a very good posting on LoveFraud.com titled LETTERS TO LOVEFRAUD: Tips for co-parenting with a sociopath containing advice on how to co-parent with a sociopath. Sociopaths are people who manage to portray themselves to the general public as friendly, caring, nice people but in reality they are manipulative, deceitful, and endeavor to hurt others to get what they want. Some of the common sociopaths you are likely to find in family law courts are people who are “acting out” Borderlines, Narcissists, and Antisocials. Their morality can be summed up in one sentence: If it gets me what I want or will hurt somebody I don’t like, it’s A-OK.

Schaefer opposed CPS abuse and corruption
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is reporting that former Georgia Senator Nancy Schaefer and her husband Bruce Schaefer were found dead in their home from gunshot wounds on Friday, March 26, 2010. They are reporting it is being investigated as a murder-suicide due to claims Bruce Schaefer was distraught over suffering from cancer. Yet their family denies he was ill. There are many skeptics who discount that theory and instead believe that it is more likely Schaefer was murdered for political or criminal reasons and her husband was framed for the crime and also murdered to prevent him from defending himself and potentially revealing evidence that could implicate the real perpetrators.

Amanda Hutchings of South Carolina has started a petition In Support of the Tennessee House Bill 2916 to support the equal parenting time bill before the Tennessee House.
Please sign the petition if you support the idea that kids deserve significant time with both of their parents except in cases in which a parent is declared unfit by clear and convincing evidence.
We’ve previously discussed the bill in our article Tennessee House Considering Equal Parenting Bill. You can find the text of the bill there. It is very simple and anybody who truly cares about children should be able to see this is a bill that should pass.
Depriving a child of time with a parent should never be done without solid reason or agreement by the parents. This bill enshrines that ideal into law by raising the standard of evidence to that used in most civil courts in the US rather than the much weaker “preponderance of evidence” (sometimes called the 51% standard) used in many family law courts.
Even if you do not live in Tennessee, your support on this petition may help show those in other states that the time for equal parenting has come.
Eric Moelter has started to speak up a bit about what has happened in the false sexual abuse and child custody abduction case of Cindy Dumas v. Eric Moelter now that all three boys are living with him once again. He believes their mother Cindy Dumas suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder and has been waging a distortion campaign against him for years.
