Americans Don’t Believe in Innocent Until Proven Guilty

July 5th, 2009 2 comments

My writing on this topic may raise some ire, but it’s for a point. Americans have largely flushed down the toilet the concept of “innocent until proven guilty” as expressed in the US Constitution. They are willing to condemn people who have never been convicted and even never tried for a crime with labels such as “child molester” and discuss the ways such people should die with apparent glee. More disturbingly, they are willing to do this without even a shred of evidence against the accused.

Guilty by Accusation Without Evidence

Take the case of Joe Harvey Jr. of Montgomery, Illinois. He’s been accused and arrested for sexual molestation of his ex-girlfriend’s infant daughter. Here’s the whole sum of the “evidence” (minus the photograph of the accused) by which people are already convinced he’s guilty and deserves death:

More Debate Over California AB 612 Parental Alienation Bill

July 5th, 2009 No comments

As of July 4, 2009, California Assembly Member Jim Beall continues his attempt to deceive the public and satiate the blood-lust of his political supporters such as Nancy Lee Grahn who want immunity for mothers to abuse their children by parental alienation brainwashing. Even though Beall’s AB 612 bill to do this was gutted by other legislature members, he continues to represent that it says something it does not in an apparent attempt to maximize his political gain by deceit.

How to Win Custody by Framing Your Ex for Child Sexual Abuse

July 3rd, 2009 46 comments

This article discusses how malicious mothers can frame fathers for child sexual abuse. It is based upon real cases. Malicious moms sometimes share this kind of information to help each other abuse their children and frame the fathers. Other times they or friends or family aligned with them work out these tactics on their own, especially if they have medical backgrounds. The first step to figuring out how to defend against this kind of malicious false accusation and the child abuse involved is knowing how these crimes are committed.

Georgia Court OKs Teacher Sex with 16 Year Old Students

June 22nd, 2009 No comments

On June 15, 2009, the Georgia Supreme Court announced that it’s legal for teachers to have sex with their high school students as long as the students are 16 years or more in age and consent to it. The verdict was 5-2. While not unanimous, the decision indicates the laws banning teachers having sexual contact with students are weakened by failure to restrict the applicability to students who are not adults and also by failure to specifically state that consent is not allowed as a defense.

Maine Mom Puts Her Kids on Her Live Internet Porn Show

June 19th, 2009 4 comments

Remember our story about the Canadian mom and her baby and dog bestiality and porn show on the Internet? (Click here for more.) This time around, it’s an American mom who has allegedly used her kids for Internet porn broadcasting. Between recent parental alienation, child pornography, child sexual abuse, and child murder stories, 2009 is shaping up to be a banner year for defective women harming children in their care.

Female Sex Offenders Escape Detection Due to Sexism

May 27th, 2009 1 comment

Inaccurate sexist stereotypes encourage the public to be skeptical of claims of females abusing children. Further, they cause suspicion of men committing child abuse even when they have done nothing abusive. This enables more easy acceptance of female cover stories for child abuse. Yet despite popular misconception, child abuse is not primarily a crime committed by males.

Statistics are very clear that women are actually more abusive against children than men. US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) statistics show that of children abused by parents, about 70% of child abuse and child murders are committed by mothers and 30% by fathers.

In particular, females committing sexual abuse against children seems to be very difficult for the general population to accept. This is a tragedy as it frequently enables female sex offenders to continue their abuse for years against children in their care. The children frequently end up with life-long psychological damage. They seldom talk of the abuse at the hands of their mothers or other female caregivers because they know nobody will believe them. Even those who report being raped or sexually assaulted by a female are often laughed at by police. There is a double-standard at work in which sexual assault and abuse committed by adult females on boys is “seduction” and somehow desirable by boys:

Canadian Mother Webcasts Self and Toddler Bestiality with Dog

May 25th, 2009 2 comments

Contrary to feral feminist propaganda and misguided stereotypes, it’s not biological fathers who are committing most of the sexual abuse against children. Statistically, that is rare. It is far more common that the biological mother’s male lovers molest the children.

Most child sexual abuse allegations against biological fathers are made during child custody battles and are stunts by the mother to gain custody. Sometimes nasty fathers make similar false child sexual abuse allegations against mothers, but generally these are given less credibility because “everybody just knows that mothers won’t sexually abuse kids.” Unfortunately, that isn’t true. Sometimes the sexual abuser really is the biological mother. In the case we’re about to describe, the sexual abuse allegations don’t even involve a child custody battle, but they do involve a mother and child pornography, bestiality, and the Internet.

A Lakeshore, Ontario, Canada mother was arrested in her home in April 2009 for webcasting herself performing sexual acts with her toddler and pit bull dog. It’s not clear what her motivations were, but she was turned in by somebody who saw the sexually abusive broadcast on the web. An excerpt of local news media coverage follows:

Man Falsely Convicted of Child Sexual Abuse Awarded $2 Million from New York State

April 22nd, 2009 1 comment

Amine Baba-Ali was falsely convicted of child sexual abuse against his four year old daughter based upon false accusations from his ex-wife, lies from a doctor, and prosecution fraud by the New York City Queens District Attorney’s Office. Although his conviction was overturned in 1992 and he was released from prison, he continues to be persecuted due to the false conviction. The persecution has continued for two decades, despite the conviction being overturned. It has even extended to Mr. Baba-Ali being turned down for a job with the Census Bureau on account of the false conviction. The $2 million awarded to Mr. Babi-Ali in March 2009 by the New York State Court of Claims just barely begins to make up for what the government wrongfully did to ruin this man’s life and deprive his daughter of a father.

Vindicated, but Still Not Freed From Court’s Injustice
(excerpted from New York Times)

Amine Baba-Ali, a father wrongly convicted of raping and molesting his 4-year-old daughter, is the first person ever held by a state court to have satisfied every facet of the unjust-conviction law that he sued New York State under, according to the court’s decision. His lawyers proved that the Queens district attorney’s office fraudulently prosecuted him for a crime he did not commit. The court awarded him $2,093,428.

But Mr. Baba-Ali, 52, cannot shake the sense that this case will haunt him for a lifetime, not least because his daughter, now 26, was forever removed from him once he was convicted. He has not seen her for two decades, and has no idea where she is living.

“Though I am thankful, the fact of the matter is that I’ve lost my daughter,” Mr. Baba-Ali said in an telephone interview from his Manhattan apartment on Tuesday. “I’ve lost the most important part of my life.”

Many Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Orders (DV TRO) in the US are Falsely Obtained

April 20th, 2009 No comments

It’s quite possible that many of the filings for Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Orders (DV TRO — also known as DV protective orders) in the US are based upon false claims and are stunts to persecute a spouse and/or bolster a child custody case.
