How to Win Custody by Framing Your Ex for Child Sexual Abuse

July 3rd, 2009 46 comments

This article discusses how malicious mothers can frame fathers for child sexual abuse. It is based upon real cases. Malicious moms sometimes share this kind of information to help each other abuse their children and frame the fathers. Other times they or friends or family aligned with them work out these tactics on their own, especially if they have medical backgrounds. The first step to figuring out how to defend against this kind of malicious false accusation and the child abuse involved is knowing how these crimes are committed.

F.R.A.M.E.D – Website for Family Rights

June 11th, 2009 No comments

While looking for updates on the Kate Hopkins child custody trial in Tennessee, I ran across an interesting website by a father in Georgia. He’s living near the area of Tennessee in which the Kate Hopkins trial is being held, as he mentions in this post.

His website is called F.R.A.M.E.D. which is short for Family Rights and Many Ending Discrimination. It appears he was victimized by the family law courts much as many fathers are. Originally, he was focused on “men ending discrimination” but over time has realized that it’s not just fathers but many parents and children who are harmed by the family law courts. Here’s his story in his own words as quoted from his website:

Man Falsely Convicted of Child Sexual Abuse Awarded $2 Million from New York State

April 22nd, 2009 1 comment

Amine Baba-Ali was falsely convicted of child sexual abuse against his four year old daughter based upon false accusations from his ex-wife, lies from a doctor, and prosecution fraud by the New York City Queens District Attorney’s Office. Although his conviction was overturned in 1992 and he was released from prison, he continues to be persecuted due to the false conviction. The persecution has continued for two decades, despite the conviction being overturned. It has even extended to Mr. Baba-Ali being turned down for a job with the Census Bureau on account of the false conviction. The $2 million awarded to Mr. Babi-Ali in March 2009 by the New York State Court of Claims just barely begins to make up for what the government wrongfully did to ruin this man’s life and deprive his daughter of a father.

Vindicated, but Still Not Freed From Court’s Injustice
(excerpted from New York Times)

Amine Baba-Ali, a father wrongly convicted of raping and molesting his 4-year-old daughter, is the first person ever held by a state court to have satisfied every facet of the unjust-conviction law that he sued New York State under, according to the court’s decision. His lawyers proved that the Queens district attorney’s office fraudulently prosecuted him for a crime he did not commit. The court awarded him $2,093,428.

But Mr. Baba-Ali, 52, cannot shake the sense that this case will haunt him for a lifetime, not least because his daughter, now 26, was forever removed from him once he was convicted. He has not seen her for two decades, and has no idea where she is living.

“Though I am thankful, the fact of the matter is that I’ve lost my daughter,” Mr. Baba-Ali said in an telephone interview from his Manhattan apartment on Tuesday. “I’ve lost the most important part of my life.”

Website: Friends of the Family

April 21st, 2009 1 comment

Bay City, Michigan is the home of website author Douglas Richardson. He’s chosen to focus his website on the incompetence, negligence, corruption, and fraud endemic to the child support system in Bay County, Michigan, in the 18th Judicial Circuit Courts. This system forces child support payments by men who are not the fathers of the children and denies them rights of visitation to their biological children as well.

Friends of the Family — Children Need Both Parents

Richardson’s website it particularly interesting in part because he posts a lot of scanned court and child support system documents to prove his points. From looking through the information he’s posted, it appears he makes a good case that the system in Michigan has abused him and his family.

The Problems with No Fault Divorce

April 17th, 2009 1 comment

Stephen Baskerville is an advocate for family law reform. In his book Taken into Custody: The War Against Fatherhood, Marriage, and the Family, he documents how the era of the no fault divorce as it spread across the United States in the 1970’s lead to the demise of the marriage contract both in social and legal terms. Divorce was no longer voluntary and agreed upon, it became something that could be forced by one party to the detriment of the other and their children. It enabled the government to throw people out of their homes, deprive children of a father or mother, take their property and income, and even deprive them of fundamental civil rights and throw them into jail without due process or trials in violation of the US Constitution.

Massachusetts Illegally Forcing Families to Pay for GALs

April 11th, 2009 No comments

Massachusetts family law courts routinely violate the state’s laws requiring the state to pay for Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) representation for children. The position of GAL is much like so-called “minor’s counsel” in many other states. Parties filling these roles are to look out for the interest of minor children by such actions as investigating abuse claims, working with psychotherapists to ensure that parents and children will receive treatment necessary for the well-being of the children, and other such tasks.

Holding Family Law Judges Accountable

February 20th, 2009 73 comments

Guess what group is among top of those showing contempt of court?

Family Law Judges!

Family law courts in the United States are a disgusting and abusive mess. While we can’t blame it all on the judges as many problems are caused by lying litigants, the judges are ultimately responsible for most of the problems. They should be upholding the law, ensuring that people’s rights are not violated, and requiring reasonable proof of allegations before they are acted upon. But in the United States today, that’s not the function of family law judges.

Australian Mother Commits International Child Abduction

February 19th, 2009 No comments
Update: Andrew Thompson was found on September 9, 2010. Please see Parental Abductor Melinda Thompson Arrested in Amsterdam for more information.

Melinda Stratton of Sydney, Australia, has abducted her 4 year old son Andrew Thompson and fled Australia to go into hiding. She was unhappy her son was seeing his father at all even in supervised visitation because she claimed he was an unfit parent. She made allegations against him that were investigated and dismissed, making this look like yet another case of a parental alienator bent on using any means to prevent a child from having contact with the other parent.

Stratton fled to Germany with Andrew in April 2008. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

On January 15, 2009, she recently wrote a letter stating that she claims “the appalling failure of the Family Law Court and Child Protection Services” is why she’s run away with the child. She claims that he’s an unfit father because of depression and anxiety. He denies that he suffers from these mental illnesses. Even if he did, depression and anxiety are very common especially during divorce and hardly justify a parent being judged as unfit unless they are unusually severe.

Courts and Illinois Woman Steal Daughter from Father

February 18th, 2009 2 comments

Krystal Fulton gave birth to daughter Aubrey on June 16, 2006. She lied to her baby’s father, Ralph Lowery Jr., telling him that the baby was still born. She lied to the hospital, an adoption agency, and an Illinois court, filling out forms claiming she did not know who the father was.

Texas Doctor’s Life Destroyed by Government Abuse

February 2nd, 2009 No comments

(Click here to see more stories involving Tim Emerson.)

Tim Emerson, M.D., is a doctor. Or more accurately, was, until the Texas and US governments destroyed his life on behalf of his adulterous lying wife Sacha. She had an affair with her hairdresser and wanted to keep their 4 year old daughter to herself, so in 1998 as part of her divorce tactics to get what she wanted, she falsely accused him of domestic violence. The government was pleased to be able to help her destroy her ex-husband.

Texas and US Federal governments went after him in court on varying charges. The Texas state cases were dismissed. So was the first Federal case. But Janet Reno (of Waco infamy) decided the Clinton Administration should make an example out Dr. Emerson, so they appealed and got a conviction, throwing Dr. Emerson into federal prison for 2.5 years.
