Schizotypal Personality Disorders is a DSM-IV Cluster A personality disorder in which the afflicted person avoids other people due to fear of other people.  Social isolation, unusual and/or seemingly irrational thoughts, and difficulties with interpersonal relationships are some symptoms of this disorder.
