Killer Bonnie Hoult Made False Abuse Allegations Against Ex

December 18th, 2009 3 comments

Bonnie Hoult

News station KTLA has reported new details in the San Clemente, California, murder/suicide on December 14, 2009, involving two little girls, their mother, and their killer, grandmother Bonnie Hoult. Investigators believe that Hoult used her .357 handgun to shoot and kill first her 2 year old granddaughter Julia, then her daughter Elizabeth “Liza” Hoult Fontaine, next her 4 year old granddaughter Catherine, and finally herself after Orange County Sheriff’s Department showed up at the home where they were staying. OCSD believes that Elizabeth was holding Julia on her lap as Bonnie put the gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger, meaning that Elizabeth was a willing participant in the murder of both her children and herself.

KTLA interviewed Hoult’s step-son, Howard Hoult, who lives in Culver City, California. He told reporter Chris Wolfe that Bonnie Hoult tried to use false child sexual abuse charges against her ex-husband decades ago. He doesn’t believe the sexual molestation accusations against Jason Fontaine. Howard related how Bonnie Hoult was a negative force who exerted toxic influence on his half-sister Elizabeth Fontaine and likely encouraged her to use false sexual abuse allegations against Jason Fontaine.

Toxic Dentistry: How Fillings and Braces Can Harm Your Health

December 15th, 2009 6 comments

Dental treatments such as amalgam fillings and braces can induce toxic reactions in the human body. Mercury, a metal that is toxic to human and animal life even in small quantities, is the primary ingredient in dental amalgams, comprising about half of the content of the fillings. While amalgams are likely the biggest toxic metal risk you can find in dental care, metal allergies to components of stainless steel, particularly nickel, also cause some people to become ill. It’s important to avoid the use of dental amalgams and to be aware of the possible symptoms and sources of metal toxicity from other dental procedures.

Consult with a San Diego cosmetic dentist about dental problems.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or have children, for the safety and long-term health of your kids you must be particularly careful to avoid exposure to mercury and other toxic heavy metals. Dental amalgams account for the vast majority of mercury exposure in people who have them, estimated at two to three times the amount of mercury as all other dietary and environmental sources combined. Failure to get the dental amalgams out of your mouth and keep them from ever being put into your children’s mouths can result in your children developing a lifetime of medical problems that could have been avoided.

Hey Kids, Your CPS Social Worker Wants Your Pipe Bombs!

December 13th, 2009 No comments

I’ll be up front with my opinions about this story. I think it is a government spin job on what really happened. I personally consider it far more likely that the kid in the story below who brought a bomb into a CPS office was abused by CPS and got the idea of blowing up his social worker but backed out on it at the last minute out of fear or uncertainty.

Admittedly, I haven’t a shred of evidence for that guess. Then again, I haven’t a shred of evidence for the bizarre sounding government tale, either. Maybe somebody who knows this kid will chime in with a comment about what was really happening.

CCFC Press Release On Stephen Doyne Corruption/Fraud Case

December 13th, 2009 9 comments

The battle against alleged fraudulent child custody evaluator Stephen Doyne is heating up as the California Coalition for Families and Children (CCFC) is expanding its involvement in the Emad Tadros v. Stephen Doyne lawsuit (San Diego Superior Court Case 37-2008-00093885-CU-BT-CTL) involving the alleged fraud and misconduct of Doyne in a psychological evaluation in San Diego in a child custody dispute. CCFC points to Doyne’s attempts to silence its criticisms of his allegedly extortionary practices, perjury, and fraud. CCFC counsel Cole Stuart is concerned that the corruption goes far beyond Doyne himself and may extended to political contributions to the campaigns of San Diego Superior Court judges.

Unjust Delays in San Diego Family Law Courts

December 5th, 2009 1 comment

In yet another symptom of the diseased San Diego Family Law courts and State of California, an illness on the bench is causing months of delays in trials and hearings. Judge Lorna Alksne is filling in for an ill judge in El Cajon (East County) court from Tuesday to Thursday, leaving only Monday and Friday for her to hear her own cases. The result is that hearings and trials are being pushed back, sometimes for months. In today’s broken courts, it’s not unusual for San Diego divorces to take more than two years of legal warfare. It’s a far cry from anybody’s concept of a “fair and speedy trial”. Sometimes, it is more like government-assisted child abuse.

Eileen Lasher on San Diego CPS/Family Law Court Misconduct

November 20th, 2009 17 comments

Eileen Lasher, San Diego Mother

I’m having a surreal feeling at the moment — almost like I’m an assistant scriptwriter. Let me explain. I just watched a video interview of Eileen Lasher, a mother whose children suffered at the hands of San Diego County’s CPS, family court, police, and DA “organized crime” syndicate for 15 years until her youngest child turned 18. The interviewer, Fred Sottile, used my article San Diego County Grand Jury Cites Further CPS Misconduct as the outline for his interview. I had no idea this was going to be the case when I started watching. It was truly odd to hear him reading the first paragraph of the story and thinking that sounds just like a story I wrote a few months ago. So I looked up the story and compared the words — it’s the same. That’s fine with me, I’m glad my article helped him with his interview.

Flyer Protest in San Diego Family Law Courts

November 20th, 2009 16 comments

In late October 2009, one or more people distributed a large quantity of flyers inside the San Diego family law courts. Reportedly they were stuffed in books, free magazines, and other literature in the courthouses. The flyers protest the use of expensive professionals in child custody cases, in particular section 730 psychological evaluators. Criticisms are also directed at minor’s counsel attorneys, exchange and visitation monitors, and consulting psychologists.

San Diego Courts Cover Up Missing Forms and Psych Evals

November 19th, 2009 2 comments

I’ve been getting feedback on my recent article Stephen Doyne and San Diego Family Law Courts Under Fire from quite a few people. I’ll be sharing some of these comments and stories with readers. While verifying the accuracy of all of these comments is probably impossible given the amount of lying in courts and confidentiality rules and judicial gag orders, they sound at least plausible. Some have included details that lend added credibility to the reports. Please keep the reports coming. You can email them to [email protected] or leave them as comments on any of my articles and note whether you’re OK publishing the comment as-is or would like it to be anonymously contributed to the ongoing coverage of corrupt family law courts.

Judge Lorna Alksne Orders Court Staff to Obtain Missing FL326/327 Forms

There have been many reports of missing or never filed FL326 and FL327 forms for psychological evaluations in San Diego County. It’s been common practice to ignore the requirements for these forms. Now it appears that the court staff may be attempting to remedy or cover up (the appropriate phrase depends upon your viewpoint) this missing information by going through files and asking the evaluators to send the forms for psychological evaluations that may have been filed months or even years previously.

Are you a guy whose wife or girlfriend is abusing your children and you? Have you been falsely accused of child abuse by you ex as a tactic to keep you from seeing your children? Have you had a falsely obtained restraining order used on you to kick you out of your home, ban you from seeing your children, defame you as a violent person, and to emotionally and financially rape you? Is your boyfriend or husband being attacked by his ex-wife using such aggressive manipulations of the legal system?

Californians who can answer yes to any of these questions can find more help at the web site of California Men’s Centers.

Based upon the group’s support of shared parenting and stance against the use of false accusations, women who are partners of an abused man or who themselves are in a such an unfair situation could also find advice and help from them.

California Elkins Family Law Task Force Seeking Comments

November 19th, 2009 No comments

The following is an email recently sent to parties who have expressed an interest in the work of the Elkins Task Force. They have recently posted their “draft final recommendations” document for public review. They are asking for comments to be turned in by December 4, 2009, at 5pm. Skimming through the document, there are some good ideas and some really bad ones, too. If you’ve been affected by the corrupt disaster that is the family law courts in California, it would truly behoove you to take a look at what may be coming down the pike and submit comments to encourage them to pursue the good ideas and revise or abandon the bad ones. I’ll be posting more thoughts on it as I get a chance to read it in more detail.
