As I previously reported in DCF Poaching on the Tiger Woods, Elin Nordegren Kids?, Florida’s Department of Children and Families visited the home of Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren to investigate a child abuse complaint.
Now State Senator Ronda Storms of Florida is calling for an investigation of the complaint that led to this visit. She believes that the complaint was filed falsely and maliciously and if evidence exists to prove this, she wants the Orange County State Attorney to prosecute those responsible for the complaint. She’s concerned that false child abuse reports waste state funds needlessly and take away resources from children who really do need help. Read more…

Domestic violence (DV) is a bad thing, but in our society it is loaded with double standards. The video in this posting mocking Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods is funny, but if it had been male-on-female violence do you think anybody would have made light of it?
By covering up what seems to have happened and going into hiding, Tiger has enabled Elin to be more capable to remove their kids from their father as she seems to be intent on doing. He’s also doing a disservice to domestic violence victims everywhere, especially abused men but also abusive women who need help to stop their behaviors.
Tiger has obviously made a lot of mistakes, but he could start trying to repair the damage. He should reveal what really happened with the golf club incident, speak up against domestic violence and philandering, and try to stay involved in the lives of his kids Sam and Charlie.
Judicial failure to file financial disclosures can be an indicator of a serious problem. The judges involved may be attempting to hide payments they received that could bias them. This at the heart of the controversy over judicial corruption involving allegedly illegal payments by the County of Los Angeles, California, to judges in the county. In that case, judges are being paid money directly by the county as “bonuses” in a manner viewed as subverting their objectivity. Despite the payments of around $46,000 per year per judge, the judges in Los Angeles County have allegedly systematically failed to file financial disclosure form 700 required by state law. One of these judges, David Yaffe, has also jailed Richard Fine, a leading critic of corruption in California courts. He’s been in jail for nearly a year, without any charges or trial, in apparent retaliation for his campaign to clean up the Los Angeles courts. Read more…

In response to my recent article Jason Fontaine Speaks Up About Child Custody Murders on the Fontaine murder/suicide case in California, a commenter identifying himself as “GOOD DAD” posted about his concerns regarding judicial misconduct involving Judge Suzanne Stovall of Montgomery County, Texas. In his divorce and child custody case, he believes that Stovall has acted in a biased manner which has seriously hurt his children and himself. This judge has a term that ends December 31, 2010, according to the Texas State Directory. So there may soon be an opportunity to eliminate her if she’s doing a bad job as GOOD DAD claims. Read more…
With the December 14, 2009 murder/suicide by sociopathic grandmother Bonnie Hoult and the December 24, 2008 murders by “shooting Santa” Bruce Pardo, one might wonder if holiday season is time for family murder sprees sponsored by California family law judges. Bonnie Hoult murdered her two grandkids, Catherine and Julia Fontaine, shortly before killing her daughter Elizabeth Fontaine and then fatally turning the gun on herself. Bruce Pardo shot into and burned down a home, killing his ex-wife Sylvia Pardo and 8 members of her family. Hours later he killed himself after being severely injured during his attack.
Recently I ran across an article by Lary Holland about family law conflicts, murders, and suicides that makes it clear that child custody and divorce related conflicts are involved in a substantial number of murders and suicides year round. America’s broken family courts and mental health care systems are causing the deaths of a large number of people via injustice and inadequate treatment driving them to commit shocking crimes. Lary updates the article periodically with news about more family court related murders, his latest updated being December 15, 2009, the day after Bonnie Hoult’s crimes. If you’re aware of the December 2009 child custody murders described in our article Killer Bonnie Hoult Made False Abuse Allegations Against Ex, you might have been wondering just what father Jason Fontaine has to say about the tragic events. Jason has started to write some about his feelings and thoughts on the horrendous death of his two beautiful little children in what appears be the murder-suicide plot of grandmother Bonnie Hoult and her daughter Catherine Fontaine. One of his recent postings can be found at Dreamcatchers For Abused Children on their coverage of the story. I’ve excerpted it and edited it for typographical errors below.
News station KTLA has reported new details in the San Clemente, California, murder/suicide on December 14, 2009, involving two little girls, their mother, and their killer, grandmother Bonnie Hoult. Investigators believe that Hoult used her .357 handgun to shoot and kill first her 2 year old granddaughter Julia, then her daughter Elizabeth “Liza” Hoult Fontaine, next her 4 year old granddaughter Catherine, and finally herself after Orange County Sheriff’s Department showed up at the home where they were staying. OCSD believes that Elizabeth was holding Julia on her lap as Bonnie put the gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger, meaning that Elizabeth was a willing participant in the murder of both her children and herself.
KTLA interviewed Hoult’s step-son, Howard Hoult, who lives in Culver City, California. He told reporter Chris Wolfe that Bonnie Hoult tried to use false child sexual abuse charges against her ex-husband decades ago. He doesn’t believe the sexual molestation accusations against Jason Fontaine. Howard related how Bonnie Hoult was a negative force who exerted toxic influence on his half-sister Elizabeth Fontaine and likely encouraged her to use false sexual abuse allegations against Jason Fontaine. Unless you’re a mean-spirited religious bigot, you’ll be shocked by this story of yet another insane “zero tolerance” action against a child. An 8 year old boy in Massachusetts was recently suspended from school because he drew a picture of a Jesus-like figure on a cross and placing his name on the drawing.
The boy’s father, Chester Johnson, is proclaiming that the school is religiously discriminating against his son and may also be racist. He says the school pulled his son out of lunch line to question him, then sent him home. He claims his son has been traumatized by the religious discrimination against him. He states the boy made the drawing in part because the family had just visited a Christmas display at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette in Attleboro, Massachusetts, and there were crucifixion status there as is common in many Christian churches. The images were fresh in his mind and his drawing reflects that.
School “Zero Tolerance” Overreaction
Others point to the school simply overreacting and creating problems out of nothing. The boy had been receiving special needs reading and speech education, but has never had any problems with violence. Tiger Woods is being called a hound, woman-chaser, slut, scoundrel, disgrace to golf, adulterer, etc. There’s no end to the insults some could fling at him. Probably there will be no end to the equally slutty bimbos trying to make a buck off their stories of “bedtime with Tiger”, too.
But what does that have to do with Child Protective Services (CPS), or DCF as they call them in Florida, showing up at the Woods residence? DCF should stay out of this mess. Read more…
